How To Make Salmon & Watercress Parcels

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cups watercress leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lay out four large squares of parchment paper.

Place a salmon fillet on each piece of parchment paper.

Top each fillet with a handful of watercress leaves, lemon slices, and minced garlic.

Drizzle olive oil over the top of each fillet, and season with salt and pepper.

Fold the parchment paper over the salmon to create a parcel, and fold the edges to seal tightly.

Place the parcels on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

Carefully open the parcels and serve hot.
