Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Arugula for serving
- Shaved Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Place the beef sirloin in a baking dish and rub the marinade all over. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and sear on each side for 2 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness.

Remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it thinly against the grain.
