Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 tbsp grated Gruyere cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease four oven-safe ramekins.

Crack two eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks.

Pour 1 tbsp of heavy cream over each set of eggs.

Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and grated Gruyere cheese evenly over the eggs.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
