How To Make Easy Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, parsley, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf shape.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and browned on top.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
