How To Make Double-Soy Ginger Tofu
Marinated in a fruity, sweet, and salty soy sauce and orange juice mix, this ginger tofu recipe is a tasty vegetarian dish that even meat-lovers will enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2tbspseasoned rice vinegar
- 1tbspfresh ginger,minced
- 3tbspfresh orange juice,from half an orange
- 3tbspsoy sauce
- 1tspsesame oil
- 1containerextra firm tofu
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and ginger. Bring to a simmer over low heat, then remove from heat and stir in orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons water.

Cut tofu crosswise into 12 slices and arrange in a single layer in a 13x 9-inch glass baking dish. Pour ginger mixture over tofu; tilt dish so all of tofu is coated.

Bake for about 45 minutes, until liquid evaporates completely and tofu is deep brown. (The pan will look a bit burned around the edges.) Let cool at least 15 minutes before eating.
