How To Make Brussel Sprouts Gratin
This brussels sprouts gratin is sautéed until tender, poured with heavy cream, then baked and topped cheeses. It’s a sure way to enjoy your veggies!

Ingredients
- 2lbsBrussel sprouts,halved lengthwise
- 1tbspolive oil
- salt and pepper,to taste
- ⅔cupheavy cream
- ¼tsponion powder
- 1⅓cupssharp cheddar cheese,shredded, divided
- ¼cupParmesan cheese,shredded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Season the brussels sprouts with salt and pepper.

Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender, crisp and slightly browned.

Pour the brussels sprouts into an 8×8-inch dish.

In the same pan, heat the heavy cream, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Reduce the heat, then let simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat, then whisk in the parmesan cheese and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Pour the cheese over the brussels sprouts.

Top with the remaining ⅓ cup cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
