How To Make BBQ Chicken & Blue Cheese Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium heat.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush them with BBQ sauce on both sides.

  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. While the chicken is grilling, wash and cut your potatoes into wedges.

  5. Boil the potato wedges in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain.

  6. Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

  7. Bake the potato wedges in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  8. Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese while they are still hot. The cheese will melt slightly.

  9. Serve the BBQ chicken with the blue cheese wedges on the side.
