- ½cupbread crumbs
- 12ozfillets swai fish,(3 fillets)
- ½cupcreamy salad dressing,such as Miracle Whip®
- ¾cupAsiago cheese,shredded
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Put bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Press swai fish, skin-side down, in bread crumbs.

Spread creamy salad dressing onto the exposed side of each fillet.

Arrange fillets in a baking dish and top with Asiago cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
