How To Make Baked Salmon with Garlic-Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3ozbutter
  • 4garlic cloves,crushed
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste
  • 1pinchdried oregano,or to taste
  • 2salmon steaks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add the crushed garlic to the butter and stir. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on a large sheet of aluminum foil and pour the sauce on top. Wrap tightly to enclose, then place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
