Ingredients

  • 4 pompano fish fillets
  • 2 lemons, cut into slices
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the pompano fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  4. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
