Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or halibut)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp of dried herbs (such as thyme or dill)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
