- 1.5 lbs Finnan Haddie fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the Finnan Haddie fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Place the fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
