  • 1.5 lbs Finnan Haddie fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Rinse the Finnan Haddie fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

  3. Place the fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder evenly over the fillets.

  5. Lay lemon slices on top of the fillets.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
