Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place each cod fillet on a piece of foil.

Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and squeeze some lemon juice over the top.

Sprinkle minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over each fillet.

Place a few lemon slices on top of each fillet.

Fold the foil over each fillet, sealing it tightly.

Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
