  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the French fried onions, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, pressing firmly to coat both sides.

  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
