  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat it evenly with the bread crumb mixture, pressing it down to adhere.

  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet or in a greased baking dish.

  5. Lightly spray the tops of the chicken breasts with cooking spray.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
