Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of cornflakes
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Crush cornflakes in a resealable plastic bag or food processor until they become fine crumbs.

In a shallow dish, mix together the crushed cornflakes, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
