Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups of pizzaiola sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the cauliflower florets until slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of pizzaiola sauce on the bottom.

Arrange the cooked cauliflower florets on top of the sauce.

Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour the remaining pizzaiola sauce over the cauliflower.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
