How To Make Baked Breaded Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to make sure it sticks.
