Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, oats, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and walnuts (if using).
