Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups of day-old bread, cubed
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked bacon, bread cubes, spinach, and cheddar cheese. Toss to mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and gently stir to coat everything evenly.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it down slightly.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the strata is set and golden brown on top.
