How To Make Air Fryer Parmesan Zucchini Chips
Switch up your usual snacks and enjoy a healthier one in this crunchy air fryer zucchini chips, made with zucchini slices, panko, and parmesan cheese.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2medium zucchini,sliced
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1cupflour
- 3large eggs
- 1cuppanko
- ¼cupparmesan cheese
- 1tbsp*Italian seasoning,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)
Instructions

Salt and pepper the sliced zucchini. Put the flour in a small bowl. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, and combine the Panko, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in another small bowl.

Dip the zucchini in the flour, then the egg, then lastly in the Panko mixture.

Add the zucchini in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, flip, and spray with olive oil. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until done.
