How To Make Air Fryer Fish Fillet with Pesto Sauce
This flaky fish fillet is made healthier by being air fried with olive oil, then drizzled with a homemade pesto sauce, for a flavorful meal!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2white fish fillets
- 1tbspolive oil
- salt and pepper,to taste
For Pesto Sauce:
- 1bunchfresh basil
- 2garlic cloves
- 1tbsppine nuts
- 1tbspParmesan cheese,grated
- 1cupextra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Heat the air fryer to 360 degrees F.

Brush the fish fillets with the oil and season with pepper and salt.

Place in the cooking basket of the air fryer and slide the basket into the air fryer. Set the timer for 8 minutes.

Pick the basil leaves and place them with the garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and extra-virgin olive oil in a food processor or pestle and mortar. Pulse or grind the mixture until it turns into a sauce. Add some salt to taste.

Place the fish fillets on a serving plate and serve them drizzled with the pesto sauce. Enjoy!
