How To Make Spiced Lamb Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large pita breads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add the lamb mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula, until it is browned and cooked through.

While the lamb is cooking, warm the pita breads in a dry skillet or on a grill for a minute on each side.

In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, mint, cilantro, red onion, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

To assemble the wraps, spread a spoonful of the yogurt sauce onto each pita bread. Top with a portion of the cooked lamb. Fold in the sides of the pita and roll it up tightly.

Serve the wraps immediately and enjoy!
