How To Make Spiced Grilled Lamb Skewers

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lamb leg, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes before grilling
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Allow the lamb to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Grill the lamb skewers for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
