How To Make Spanish Lamb with Sherry, Honey & Peppers

- 1 kg lamb, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp sherry
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the sherry, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for more flavor.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated lamb pieces and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until they are slightly tender.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Let the lamb cook for about 45 minutes, or until it is cooked to your liking, stirring occasionally.
