How To Make Slow-roasted shoulder of lamb

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg shoulder of lamb
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

Rub the lamb shoulder with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place the lamb on a roasting tray and cover with foil.

Roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours, then remove the foil.

Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and roast uncovered for another hour or until the lamb is golden and crispy.

Let the lamb rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
