How To Make Oven-Roasted Lamb Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb ribs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly onto the lamb ribs.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb ribs in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 1.5-2 hours, until the meat is tender and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let the lamb ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
