How To Make Leftover Lamb and Mint Sauce Sandwich Recipe
A delicious sandwich made with leftover lamb and mint sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cups of leftover lamb, sliced
- 1/2 cup of mint sauce
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp of butter
Instructions

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

On the other side of 4 slices of bread, spread 1 tbsp of mint sauce.

Add sliced lamb on top of the mint sauce.

Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the lamb.

Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter side facing out.

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Place the sandwiches on the pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
