How To Make Lamb Meatball & Pea Pilaf

Ingredients
- 500g ground lamb
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the cooked rice and peas. Cook for 5 minutes, until heated through.

Stir in the chopped mint and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the pea pilaf on a plate and top with the lamb meatballs. Garnish with lemon wedges.
