How To Make Lamb Tikka Samosas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 12 samosa pastry sheets
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a pan, cook ground lamb until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add tikka masala spice mix, onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the lamb mixture cool.

Cut each samosa pastry sheet into 3 strips.

Take one strip and fold it into a triangle, leaving one end open.

Fill the triangle with a spoonful of lamb mixture and seal the open end by folding over the pastry.

Repeat with the remaining strips and lamb mixture.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
