Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers. Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Serve the lamb kebabs with the Greek salad on the side.
