How To Make Lamb Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, salt, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and beaten egg. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf shape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve the lamb loaf warm with your choice of sides.
