How To Make Garlic Herb Roast Lamb on Boulang re Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs leg of lamb
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Rub the lamb with the garlic and herb mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.

Place the sliced potatoes and onions in a greased baking dish.

Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

Pour the chicken broth over the potatoes and onions.

Place the seasoned lamb on top of the potatoes and onions.

Cover the baking dish with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours.

Remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 30 minutes, or until the lamb reaches your desired doneness.

Once cooked, remove the lamb from the baking dish and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced lamb over the boulangère potatoes and enjoy!
