How To Make Saffron and Shrimp Skewers Recipe
Juicy shrimp marinated in saffron, lemon, and garlic. Perfect for grilling season.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp saffron threads
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Skewers
Instructions

In a small bowl, soak saffron in 1 tbsp hot water for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, lemon zest and juice, garlic, olive oil, and saffron mixture. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread 3-4 shrimp onto each skewer and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
