- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Ice cubes
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together yogurt and cold water until smooth.

Add cardamom, saffron, and honey and whisk until well combined.

Add ice cubes to serving glasses and pour lassi over them.
