Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tbsp peppercorns
- 1 tbsp dried sage
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Crush peppercorns in a small bowl. Mix in sage, garlic powder and salt.

Rub mixture onto both sides of each pork chop.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through.

Allow pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
