- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, washed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
