These crostinis are a perfect blend of spicy and tangy with creamy goat cheese and peppercorn topping.

  • 1 French bread baguette, sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on the sliced bread and bake for 8-10 minutes.

  3. In a bowl, mix goat cheese, crushed peppercorns, and salt.

  4. Let the bread cool and then spread the cheese mixture on top.
