- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of whole peppercorns
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic and peppercorns in olive oil.

In a food processor, blend boiled cauliflower with almond milk until smooth.

Add sautéed garlic and peppercorn mixture into the food processor and blend until fully combined.
