How To Make Peppercorn and Caramelized Onion Burger Recipe
Juicy burgers topped with caramelized onions and a peppercorn sauce!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black peppercorns, crushed
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into four patties.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

While the onions are cooking, in a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and crushed black peppercorns.

Grill the burgers to your desired temperature, about 4 minutes per side for medium. Toast the hamburger buns.

Assemble the burgers with the peppercorn sauce and caramelized onions on top.
