Ingredients
- 8 plums, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp of ground mace
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine plums, sugar, and lemon juice.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium and stir in ground mace.

Cook jam, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 40 minutes.
