  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, mace, and sugar.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

  6. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
