Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and fennel seeds.

Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut the dough into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide.
