A flavorful and refreshing baked fish dish with the aromatic combination of fennel seed and lemon.

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (any white fish will do)
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the fennel seeds, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.

Brush each fish fillet with olive oil and season with the spice mix.

Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets.

Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
