Ingredients
- 2 cups rye flour
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the rye flour, bread flour, caraway seeds, yeast, and salt.

Mix in honey and warm water until a sticky dough forms.

Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Shape dough into a round loaf and place on a baking sheet.

Slash the top of the loaf with a sharp knife and sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a hollow sound is produced when tapped.
