This stuffing is a delicious and savory side dish that pairs perfectly with any roast meat.

Ingredients
- 6 cups of cubed bread
- 1 lb of sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp of caraway seeds
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a pan, cook sausage until browned, then set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened.

Add caraway seeds and cook for another minute.

In a large bowl, mix bread cubes, cooked sausage, onion mixture, and chicken broth.
