How To Make Tarragon Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of tarragon leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, tarragon, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Thread shrimp onto skewers and brush with marinade on both sides.
