How To Make Oregano and Tomato Bruschetta Recipe
A classic Italian appetizer topped with fresh tomato and oregano.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cut the Italian bread into 1/2 inch slices.

In a small bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with a little olive oil.

Place the bread in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.

Remove the bread from the oven and spoon the tomato mixture onto each slice.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
