Homemade ravioli filled with creamy ricotta cheese and fragrant marjoram.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh marjoram
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add 2 eggs.

Mix together until a dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Cover dough and let rest for 30 minutes.

In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, marjoram, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and 1 egg.

Roll out pasta dough and cut into circles.

Spoon a small amount of ricotta mixture onto each circle, then fold and pinch edges.

Boil ravioli in salted water for 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

Serve with your favorite sauce.
