How To Make Marjoram and Olive Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, marjoram, olives, and yeast.

Add warm water and oil to the mixture and stir until dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp towel. Let it rise for about 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet and shape into a rectangle.

Using your fingers, press dimples into the dough.

Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle extra marjoram and olives.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
